HOW TO ORDER

 Postage

**IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT CUSTOMERS SELECT THEIR POSTAGE OPTIONS FROM THE POST OPTIONS PAGE OR SHOP PAGES AS P&P IS NOT ADDED AT THE CHECKOUT.  WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR CO-OPERATION ON THIS, THANK YOU**

Unlike most internet shops with online buying, we unfortunately cannot calculate post & packing at checkout.  We have instead a “shop page” called POST OPTIONS which offers various costs for different weights.  There are flat rates for Europe and Rest of World shipping & handling, but various choices for UK delivery.

We like to mention this up front because it can be a little confusing and we are trying very hard to make clear and easy choices available.  We are also taking into account recent changes to the Royal Mail postal services.

Ordering & Payment

The quickest option is to use the “online Shopping Cart” system – however, we must point at that we use PayPal as our payment gateway and whilst you do not need to have a PayPal account already, if you do not have one then you will need to be able to make credit/debit card payments.

Those who already have PayPal accounts should have no problem using this payment method.

You will still need to select the appropriate “postage option” and put it in your cart prior to making payment.

If you prefer to shop by Mail Order, you can fill in the online order form and then just send it to us with your payment.  We accept Personal Cheques, Postal Orders/Banker’s Drafts (goods are dispatched upon clearance of funds).  We do not recommend sending cash through the post, even if it is well concealed, as the risk, to you the customer, is just too high.

i)                  You can submit the order form on this site and follow up with a payment 

Or

ii)               You can send the order from through the post with your payment.

We are also happy to accept email orders.  Just send us an email with the product details and your name and address, then just follow up with one of the payment methods listed – payments can be sent to us via www.paypal.com  to: sales@darkedesires.co.uk or if cheques etc to our usual address (see Contact Us page).

We also accept telephone orders but please note we cannot take card payments over the phone at the moment and you would be required to follow up your order with one of the other payment methods.

Lastly it is possible to order by fax and again follow up with one of the above payment methods.
